Shift Team Leaders

Location: Beeston, Leeds.

2 shift team leaders are required by Packcare Ltd to run alternating day shifts at their site in Leeds. Attention to detail and a willingness to learn are essential, as is the ability to work both on your own initiative and as part of a team. Some basic knowledge of chemical and hazardous waste processes would be an advantage but training is available to the right candidate.

Customer Service Assistant

Location: Garforth, Leeds.

Previous Customer Service experience would be an advantage but not essential.

Duties Include:

Speaking to new customers on the telephone
Setting up new customer details on our bespoke database
Helping and assisting with telephone queries
General administration duties
Maintaining efficient and accurate documentation/database and administration
Good communication with other Silver Lining personnel to further Sales, assisting colleagues in achieving ongoing improvements
Full training plan in place

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Wage/Salary: £10k - 15k depending on experience
