The SignCare service also rewards customers with a rebate for the collections of recyclable plastic.
SignCare is an exclusive FREE service for the collection and recycling of waste acrylics and polycarbonates from the sign and display industry.
This service guarantees that all acrylics and polycarbonates will be diverted from landfill and rewarded with a rebate. As part of the WasteCare group SignCare offers nationwide collection and 100% recycling of all suitable plastic sign materials.
The recovery processes
The waste acrylics and polycarbonates from the sign making process are collected from the customer site. These mixed plastics are then taken to a granulation facility where they are separated, granulated and sorted, ready for the recycling process. The granulated plastics are used in a range of manufacturers products within the UK and overseas.
SignCare rebates
We collect the mixed plastic for FREE and offer a rebate for the recycled material. We currently offer a rebate of: £105 per tonne of mixed acrylic and polycarbonate waste.
