Last week WasteCare’s main reuse facility in Normanton played host to the members of the Association of Manufacturers of Domestic Appliances.

The monthly meeting allows the association members to discuss on-going strategy and address key challenges arising within the industry.

After expressing interest in the UK leading facility at Normanton, WasteCare were given the opportunity to present to the association and showcase the services that the Group provide. The members were also given a tour of the facility which is the largest of its kind in the UK.

Currently over 1,000 remanufactured appliances are produced each week and supplied principally to the social and charity sectors. All appliances are sold with up to 12 months warranty.
