WeeeCare has recently won a hard fought tender for collection and recycling of waste electronics from Telford and Wrekin Council, winning against 32 other compliance schemes. We will be collecting WEEE from all four council sites as well as batteries and gas cylinders.

The contract starts on 1st June and is for five years. It will secure at least 1,200 tonnes of WEEE per annum and will enable WeeeCare to attract even more members to our scheme. WeeeCare remains the UK’s largest weee compliance scheme with over 1,200 members.
