Incident at our Thatcham Site

Last night, an incident at our Thatcham facility. Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service were first on the scene followed shortly afterwards by our management team. The fire is now under control.

Everyone’s safety comes first, both our colleagues’ and the local community’s. We are working closely with the emergency services and the Environment Agency. We are carrying out an investigation into the cause.
Operations at Thatcham will continue and it is business as usual. We are putting contingency arrangements in place across our national network of sites to keep disruption to customers as low as possible. We are not expecting any disruption to customer service.

We would like to thank the emergency services for their swift response and our neighbours for their patience and understanding.
