Producer Registration Deadline Approaching

Retailer Registration Information

Retailers must register with a Distributor Take-Back Scheme by July each year. WeeeCare offers a variety of in-store take-back solutions and DCF (Distributor Compliance Framework) schemes tailored to meet your legal obligations. Ensure your registration is completed on time to comply with regulations.

Starting from July 1st, retailers will need to report the quantity of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) placed on the market every quarter. The costs associated with your compliance will depend on the category of EEE and whether the products are intended for household or non-household use.

The Next Stage

We are in contact with the Environment Agency (EA) to finalise the digital registration process. We will notify you as soon as the electronic format for customer registration is available. It is crucial to respond promptly when you receive the registration documentation, as all information must be submitted to the EA by the end of March.
