The Role

As part of the IT Service Desk team you will be responsible for making sure our colleagues get the most from our systems and equipment. You’ll be providing first and second line support for all IT & communication software, systems and technologies used by the group, requiring a wide range of IT skills to be utilised in a predominantly Microsoft environment.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and bright individual to join a welcoming and experienced team.

The primary focus will be on application support but the role is varied and interesting and encompasses all aspects of IT and telecoms.

In addition you will play a key part in projects to further improve our systems and services.

Technologies in use include –

• Windows 10 and 11
• Office 365 including Sharepoint 365 development
• Microsoft SQL & Reporting Services
• Bespoke applications encompassing CRM & ERP, with web, Android tablet and touchscreen PC clients
• Mobile device management using AirWatch and Soti
• Windows Server
• VMWare
