The key to good customer service is a customer orientated approach throughout all departments, whether it be drivers on the road or the sales team helping to solve customer’s challenges. WasteCare are constantly investing in a structure which supports the customer throughout the process.
With this in mind, the company has recently recruited 2 key managers for the business:
Mark Gaughan, National Logistics Manager – Having already had over 20 years of experience working as a National Logistics Manager at Biffa and more recently PD Ports, Mark is used to the complexities of multi-site, multi-waste operations. Mark will be coordinating WasteCare’s 8 regional service centres ensuring a customer orientation throughout the business.
Gill Gatenby, CustomerCare Manager – An award winning, highly professional senior operations & improvement manager with a proven track record of driving departments and teams to optimum performance levels across all KPI’s.
Gill has arrived from Gallagher Heath Insurance Services where she was their Business and Operational Improvement Manager, responsible for managing 10 team managers covering inbound and outbound sales, customer service & business retention.
With the addition of these 2 managers, we hope to further improve our customer service allowing us to maintain our industry leading waste services.
