The first of WasteCare’s Solar Arrays is to be switched on this month.  “Once the rain stops and we hopefully see a little sunlight, we hope to be generating over 350kW of electricity at our Normanton facility”, explained Graham Kemp, Group Recycling Director.

Mr Kemp added: ”We are planning a further three installations this year and target to be self-sufficient in renewable power across the Group by the end of the year.”
