Team leaders from EcoHouse, PackCare and Valley House have recently completed a course for team leaders.

Georgina Bray from Qube Learning said: “I would like to say it was a great pleasure to work with the guys and it was job satisfaction seeing them achieve.  None of them had faith that they would be able to complete their work and gain their qualification, however after working closely with them on a monthly basis, they have done so and within the time scale.”

Georgina added: “Each individual has produced their own work to show how they use their team leading skills and competency within their role.  The options are there for each of them to now progress into management.”
