WasteCare is constantly striving to improve the service experienced by customers throughout its wide range of services. Waste management is a complicated business requiring many different skillsets in order to complete the job in time whilst satisfying stringent regulations.
The past few weeks has seen the start of a major new training initiative to train our Service Representatives in all aspects of performing a collection to the highest of standards. This includes completion of transfer notes, customer service and the processes concerned with collecting different waste streams.
The initiative has begun with our Yorkshire Service Centre and will then encompass our Service Centres from across the country, ensuring the high standards of customer service. WasteCare aims to not only be ahead of the competition but to continually improve service levels throughout the UK.
